Orly is having a nail art contest on FaceBook. You could all 22 Shades of Flash Glam FX their new collection of chunky glitters . The glitters are meant to be built up in layers on top of a base color for a 3D effect. You can see them on the Orly website. "Ridiculously Regal" looks AMAZING. It looks like the glitters will cost $10.00 for a .6oz bottle.
